What part of “The True Gentleman” do you identify with most:
I feel I identify most with the part “whose deed follows his word” because I feel it is very important to stick to your word and promises that you give other people, and I constantly strive to never break my word.
What Fraternity member, living or dead, would you most like to speak to:  William C. Faulkner

Meet Patrick of the Iota Class

Name: Patrick Fredricks

Hometown: Grand Haven, MI

Major: Sports Studies

Expected Time of Graduation: May 2010

Campus Involvement: Health Professions Residential College, F/E/W Hall Council (once in a while)

Favorite New Member Experience so far: Meeting the brothers outside of the formal events like at the sporting events and at Applebees.

What part of “The True Gentleman” do you identify with most: “whose deed follows his word”; I can identify with this because when I say something, I do my best to stand by it. If I say I am going to do something, I am going to do it. The one thing that a man has that is valuable is his word. If he doesn’t have that, he can’t obtain anything else.

What Fraternity member, living or dead, would you most like to speak to: Phil Jackson; He has seen the best and worst parts of the NBA. He is always seen as in a suit and tie and never yells at his players. I think I could really learn a lot just by having lunch with him. He knows how to keep his cool and doesn’t need to brag that he is a great coach.
